How should lifters build a supplement plan without overbuying?

Updated · General wellness information

Start with your training goal and what your diet already provides, then review supplements against those facts. A lifter's plan should explain the role of each candidate and its evidence, cost, and safety questions. Do not copy a full stack simply because someone trains like you. SuppAI uses your reported training and diet to organize that decision, with a skip list for candidates that do not earn a place.

Describe the training you actually do

Record your training frequency, main goal, current products, and food preferences. A strength session and an endurance event are different contexts. Avoid turning a general performance claim into a promise about your own results.

Use ingredient-specific research

NIH's exercise supplement guide describes evidence and limitations for ingredients including creatine and protein. Use the relevant section to frame questions; evidence for one ingredient does not establish that a multi-ingredient pre-workout has the same benefit.

Check the label beyond the headline

List all the ingredients in your pre-workout and recovery products before adding individual ingredients. If you compete, discuss product selection and your sport's requirements with a qualified sports professional. An app evidence grade is not a banned-substance certification.

Questions before you download

Do I need a separate product for every training goal?

That is not a useful planning rule. Start with the problem you want to solve and review what your existing routine already covers.

Will SuppAI prescribe a bodybuilding stack?

SuppAI provides general wellness guidance based on reported context. It does not prescribe drugs, guarantee muscle gain, or replace a sports dietitian or clinician.

Will I hit a paywall?

SuppAI requires a subscription for full access. Check the current price and any trial terms in the app before subscribing. This is a paid planning tool, not an unlimited free scanner. Supplement purchases are separate.
