By using SuppAI, you agree to these Terms of Use. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

Wellness information

SuppAI provides general wellness information to help you make informed choices about dietary supplements. It is not a medical service, does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional. Always consult your doctor or pharmacist before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a health condition.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. The products discussed are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

SuppAI uses artificial intelligence and can produce incomplete or inaccurate information. Do not rely on it for emergencies, medication changes, or decisions that require a licensed professional.

Subscriptions

A SuppAI Pro subscription unlocks the app's paid features. Payment is charged to your Apple ID after purchase confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Any introductory trial converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before it ends. You can manage or cancel in your Apple account subscription settings.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, upload unlawful content, or use SuppAI to provide medical care to others. We may suspend access when necessary to protect users or the service.

You may delete your account and data from the app's profile screen. Questions about these terms can be sent through our support form.
