How does SuppAI use Apple Health in a supplement guide?
Updated · General wellness information
SuppAI can optionally read a limited Apple Health profile, sleep, and recovery summary to inform a guide when you build or re-optimize it. You choose whether to connect. Raw samples stay on your iPhone; a derived summary is sent for AI processing for that request and is not persisted by SuppAI. This adds context, not a diagnosis or proof that a supplement changed your health.
Use the context you choose to share, with a clear account of what leaves your phone.
Subscription required for full access. Supplement purchases are separate. We do not sell pills.

What the connection can include
Available fields include an age range, biological sex, height, weight, sleep summaries, resting heart rate, heart rate variability, and respiratory rate. Availability depends on your permissions and recorded data. Missing readings must remain unknown rather than becoming assumed normal values.
When the summary is used
Opening or refreshing the connection reads available information. A derived context summary is sent to the AI when you build or re-optimize the guide. The app's privacy policy explains processing and providers. Connecting Apple Health is optional; you can supply quiz answers without it.
What the connection does not establish
A sleep chart cannot isolate the effect of a supplement from changes in schedule, training, diet, or other factors. This feature is not a claim that SuppAI writes supplement doses to Apple Health or automatically changes your plan whenever a reading changes.
Questions before you download
Do I need an Apple Watch?
SuppAI uses available Apple Health data rather than requiring a particular watch for the guide. The fields available depend on what your phone and connected sources have recorded and what you permit.
Can I use the app without sharing Apple Health?
Yes. The connection is optional. Review /privacy for the full explanation of health-data processing.
Will I hit a paywall?
SuppAI requires a subscription for full access. Check the current price and any trial terms in the app before subscribing. This is a paid planning tool, not an unlimited free scanner. Supplement purchases are separate.
