How do you build a supplement stack without wasting money?

Updated · General wellness information

Start with one goal, list what you already take, and set a monthly limit before considering another bottle. Keep a candidate only when you can explain its purpose, the evidence for that use, its cost, and any safety questions. There is no minimum bottle count to aim for. A useful plan can recommend fewer purchases, including none until a clinician reviews your situation.

Turn the cupboard into a decision list

Write down each product, ingredient, serving size, actual use, and reason you bought it. Separate clinician-directed supplements from optional purchases. Flag overlapping ingredients for review rather than assuming that two different brand names mean two different jobs.

Give every new bottle a job

Ask what specific outcome you expect, what human research supports that use, and how you will decide whether to keep paying for it. An evidence grade should refer to a use and dose, not act as a universal endorsement of an ingredient.

Price the routine before checkout

Estimate monthly cost as bottle price divided by the number of days it lasts, multiplied by 30. Add the app subscription separately. Keep optional candidates on a waiting list instead of treating every recommendation as a shopping assignment.

Build the guide around your answers

SuppAI uses your reported goals, diet, sleep, stress, training, medications, optional labs, and budget to build a ranked guide with dose, timing, estimated monthly cost, cautions, and a skip-for-now list. We do not sell supplements.

Questions before you download

Do I need a 12-bottle stack?

No fixed number is a goal. The useful question is whether each item has a reason to stay. SuppAI is instructed to return fewer than four picks when that is justified rather than pad the plan.

Will I hit a paywall?

SuppAI requires a subscription for full access. Check the current price and any trial terms in the app before subscribing. This is a paid planning tool, not an unlimited free scanner. Supplement purchases are separate.
